Together with his partner, Matt Becker, they have logged over $300 million in sales since starting their full time real estate careers. They have owned and operated 3 separate real estate companies, in Scottsdale, CArefree, and Payson. Prior to moving to Arizona in 1974, Bill was a Wall Street stockbroker. Keenly aware of investment potentials, he is careful to guide his clients to value and appreciation potential. Among the top 5% in sales nationally, Bill builds his reputation one buyer at a time. Highly credentialed, he is an Associate Broker, ABR, CRS, GRI. Real estate and cars are his passion. He rounds out his life enjoying his two daughters and two grandsons.
